Food Diary

  • 8 Jaffa cakes
  • 3 x Wheatabix with milk and sugar
  • Cheese toastie with 3 onion rings and beans
  • 2 x Cheesy bean slices
  • 2 x Caramel biscuits
Havent a clue what my total calorie intake is, but I don't plan on keeping a track of the actual number of calories, I just want to try and cut out the junk, which as you can see hasn't gone to plan today. I also haven't had any of my 5 a day, which is always a rare thing for me anyway. I have such a bad diet and this really needs to change. I will have a glass of orange juice now, which will count as 1 of my five a day, but this really needs to improve, and fast!

Had a slip up already. Saw Jaffa Cakes in the cupboard and scoffed what was left. Which was about 8 of them. Oh nooo :(

Motivation for today


Starting weight and measurements

So today is my first actual day of starting this losing weight and getting into shape routine. This of course means that I had to measure myself and weigh myself so that I can keep an eye on my progress.

Weigh in at 9:50am : 10st7
Measurements (Inches):

BUST: 30
WAIST: 28
HIPS: 42
THIGHS: 25
(L) ARM: 11.5
(R) ARM: 12
CALVES: 14.5

My targets for each are as follows..

Rita Ora




So Rita Ora has amazing abs. Not sure I would like to be as toned as that, or if it is even possible for me to ever look like that, but she is definitely one of the many celebrity bodies that inspire me and I love. Thought I'd share a few more pictures of her amazinggg figure as well as one of her songs, because I love her music too :) xo

Starting up

The aim of this blog is to give me something to focus on when trying to lose weight and get into shape. I am hoping it will strengthen my willpower and just give me that extra little bit of motivation that I need. I will make at least one post a day about my progress and about hiccups, if any.

I will include a food diary, a daily weigh in and measurements. I don't want this to become such a big deal, so once I am happy that I'm losing weight, I won't measure or weigh so often. I do not want to develop an eating disorder as that could become very unhealthy.

I will also post motivational quotes/pictures and pictures of slim looking females to give me encouragement along the way.

Any exercise I do will also be included, but I want to focus more on my food intake, than what I am burning off.

Tomorrow will be my first proper day of keeping track as it is 20:21 right now, so it wouldn't be a good time to start this off. Had a cheeky Ripple and Crispy M&M's tonight but my eating will get better tomorrow, I promise!
