The aim of this blog is to give me something to focus on when trying to lose weight and get into shape. I am hoping it will strengthen my willpower and just give me that extra little bit of motivation that I need. I will make at least one post a day about my progress and about hiccups, if any.
I will include a food diary, a daily weigh in and measurements. I don't want this to become such a big deal, so once I am happy that I'm losing weight, I won't measure or weigh so often. I do not want to develop an eating disorder as that could become very unhealthy.
I will also post motivational quotes/pictures and pictures of slim looking females to give me encouragement along the way.
Any exercise I do will also be included, but I want to focus more on my food intake, than what I am burning off.
Tomorrow will be my first proper day of keeping track as it is 20:21 right now, so it wouldn't be a good time to start this off. Had a cheeky Ripple and Crispy M&M's tonight but my eating will get better tomorrow, I promise!
