- 8 Jaffa cakes
- 3 x Wheatabix with milk and sugar
- Cheese toastie with 3 onion rings and beans
- 2 x Cheesy bean slices
- 2 x Caramel biscuits
Havent a clue what my total calorie intake is, but I don't plan on keeping a track of the actual number of calories, I just want to try and cut out the junk, which as you can see hasn't gone to plan today. I also haven't had any of my 5 a day, which is always a rare thing for me anyway. I have such a bad diet and this really needs to change. I will have a glass of orange juice now, which will count as 1 of my five a day, but this really needs to improve, and fast!
